Overview

We are seeking an experienced AP & AR Team Leader to guide and support our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Intercompany processes within our new SSC in Poland.

This leadership role involves managing a team of 10-12 professionals, ensuring smooth operations, accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflows, strengthening process consistency and contributing to the development of standardized procedures as the business continues to expand its financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities across AP, AR and intercompany functions
  • Safeguard data accuracy for supplier and customer accounts while overseeing issue resolution
  • Manage intercompany transactions including billing, reconciliations and settlements in line with corporate policies
  • Supervise closing activities, ensuring timely accruals, reconciliations and reporting
  • Drive process improvements and harmonization initiatives within the SSC framework
Qualifications
  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 5+ years of professional background in AP and AR
  • Experience leading and developing a finance team (3+ years of experience)
  • Deep knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP standards
  • Hands-on experience with SAP tool
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
