Job summary

Medtronic plc is offering a hybrid internship in Poland or Czechia for six months, starting November 15, 2026. The role supports regional analytics, product allocation, and demand planning within the Diabetes/MiniMed scope, with close collaboration across regional leaders and cross-functional teams.

The position requires you to be a student throughout the internship, fluent English (B2), and strong Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (you must be a student during the internship duration).
• Fluency in English (at least B2 upper-intermediate level).
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Strong organizational, cross-cultural communication, and teamwork skills with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of regional product allocation trackers, reporting tools, and data validation activities.
• Assist with monitoring product availability, consolidating allocation requirements, and preparing allocation summaries and management reports.
• Help maintain and improve recurring business reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Support analysis of sales performance, inventory trends, product utilization, and key business performance indicators.
• Assist regional teams with demand planning, forecasting activities, portfolio management initiatives, and business planning processes.
