Business Intelligence & Analytics

The Business Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) function is part of CF Operations under Accenture Operations and is engaged in an ongoing program to support Markets and Services. BI&A team member is part of the team that provides operations support to Markets and Services leadership. He/she will be responsible for delivering data driven analytics to Business Operations leadership.

The Work

The Analytics and Modeling Manager will be responsible to deliver analytics and drive Business Intelligence & Analytics offerings for Accenture Markets and Services. s/he will propose and execute an effective way to deliver that support through a combination of state-of-the-art business intelligence tools/technologies and a team of highly motivated individuals.

The person is required to focus on driving business analytics, business insights generation, stakeholder engagement, production management, team development, work management, quality reviews and ensuring progress around the deliverables while coordinating with respective parties.

Responsibilities

• Provide business operations support across Markets/Services, including finance, sales, talent, quality, delivery, and competition insights.
• Deliver Business Intelligence and analytics, enabling data-driven decisions and leadership insights; forward-thinking and growth-driven.
• Lead planning, forecasting, and operational budgeting to align with strategic priorities.
• Drive analytics initiatives to enhance business performance and reporting capabilities.
• Deliver leadership insights, reviews, and actionable recommendations.
• Apply strong business acumen and understanding of Accenture offerings to produce impactful analysis.
• Identify innovation opportunities in analytics, leveraging modern tools and visualization methods; constantly seeking innovation and advancement.
