A leading investment advisory firm is seeking an Analyst for M&A transactions in Warsaw. This role requires strong financial analysis skills and fluency in AI tools to enhance workflow. Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers flexibility with hybrid or remote working options and the opportunity to work on high-growth international transactions.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid or Remote)
Type: Full-time
At Aventis Advisors, we advise founders and investors in the technology and growth sectors on M&A transactions with strategic and private equity buyers. While many of our deals have roots in Central Europe, our ambition is global—and we’re scaling fast.
We’re looking for an Analyst who is not only strong in financial analysis and research, but also fluent in AI tools and excited to use them to accelerate every part of our workflow—from valuation to content creation. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in an unstructured environment, takes initiative, and wants to have an immediate impact.
Support live transactions, preparing pitch materials, financial models, valuations, and marketing documents (teasers, info memos).
Conduct market and investor research, including screening transactions, identifying targets and buyers, and mapping competitive landscapes.
Take ownership of AI-driven research, automation, and content production—helping the team work smarter and faster.
Contribute to business development efforts by preparing industry insights, building lead lists, and driving outreach campaigns.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives—including writing articles, producing research reports, and updating our blog.
1–3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or a transaction-focused role.
Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting fundamentals.
Strong writing and communication skills in English (our internal and client language).
Fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Excel plugins, or research copilots—and motivation to apply them across daily tasks.
Ability to manage multiple projects with limited oversight in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial setting.
Comfort with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with platforms like Capital IQ, Mergermarket, or EMIS is a plus.
Curiosity about technology and emerging business models—especially SaaS, IT services, and AI-native companies.
Exposure to international, high-growth M&A transactions with direct involvement from day one.
A culture where AI enablement is a priority, and your work will help shape how we integrate it across the firm.
Opportunity to develop your skills in both financial execution and strategic business development.
Flat structure, high ownership, and clear impact on outcomes.
Flexibility to work from Europe or the U.S. with hybrid or remote arrangements.
