Analyst, Global Benefits & Recognition

Position overview:

As a Global Benefits & Recognition Analyst, you will play a key role in the global benefits & recognition team supporting the strategy, design, analysis and governance of the global programs (U.S and international) sponsored by the company. You will work closely with benefits managers and other total rewards and HR teammates to ensure that programs are competitive, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about employee benefits to make a real impact in a global, dynamic organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Support the design, governance, analysis, and compliance of global benefit and recognition programs (health, retirement, wellbeing, leaves, and more).
  • Contribute to the annual renewal and open enrollment processes, coordinating with brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct global benefits benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze benefits data to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable benefits-related laws and regulations in each country (e.g., ACA, ERISA, GDPR, local labor laws).
  • Collaborate with HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely benefits-related data, systems integrations, and reporting.
  • Serve as a liaison with global benefits vendors and internal stakeholders to track service levels, resolve issues, and implement enhancements.
  • Contribute to the development of employee communications and educational materials related to benefits programs.
  • Assist in managing benefits budgeting and forecasting, invoice reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Support M&A due diligence and benefits integration and/or separation efforts for corporate transactions (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JVs, etc.).

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3 years in employee benefits, with exposure to global benefits strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external consultants/brokers
  • Knowledge of global benefits benchmarking, regulations, and practices
  • Understanding of U.S. and international employment practices, including works councils.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones; occasional extended hours may be required for global alignment
