Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an Analyst, Finance Business Partner to support growth by providing insights on revenues and profitability, and to drive customer performance forecasting and budgeting.

The role requires a Finance/Accounting background, fluency in Polish and English, and familiarity with systems like Hyperion and Oracle. Banking and reporting responsibilities are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Prior internships or experience in Finance will be an advantage.
• Working knowledge of financial systems and applications (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle).
• Very good MS Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the month end close activities for revenue recognition and reporting, including intercompany reconciliation and any accruals or reclasses.
• Prepare short-term revenue, expenses and key drivers forecasts and budgets, monitor execution and explain variances.
• Partner with the Sales team to monitor customer performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Monitor correctness and completeness of customers' rebates and incentives amounts.
• Cooperate with team members on billing to prevent revenue leakage.
• Manage local bank account/petty cash - payment and reporting.
• Ensure financial policies and procedures are followed.
• Monitor compliance with local rules and regulations.
• Support Finance Director in ad hoc reporting and other financial activities.

Overview

The Finance team is looking for an Analyst, Finance Business Partner to support the growth of the business by providing insights on customer revenues and profitability as well as driving the customer performance and forecasting and budgeting processes. Role

In This Position, You Will:

• support the month end close activities for revenue recognition and reporting, including intercompany reconciliation as well as any accruals or reclasses required,
