Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in AML, screening or transaction monitoring.
• Fluent English (B2) is required; Polish not required.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL, ability to work with large datasets.
• Familiarity with screening/monitoring tools and AML/CFT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze customer screening alerts for sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
• Maintain and update internal PEP registries and perform ongoing monitoring.
• Escalate confirmed or potential matches to specialists or compliance teams.
• Support enhanced due diligence and review transaction monitoring alerts.
• Prepare reports, perform data reconciliations, and analyze large datasets.
