Job summary

AES (Aircraft Engineering Services Ltd) invites applications for Aircraft Mechanics to be based at our Krakow base, Poland, to work with Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline. You will perform line maintenance, AOG support, and uphold safety and compliance.

The role requires experience in line maintenance and familiarity with Boeing 737 family; strong IT literacy and good communication skills are essential. Unrestricted right to live and work in Poland is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance is essential.
• Good IT literacy is essential, AMOS experience desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair’s 737‑800 and 737‑8200 Fleet (as part of contracted base).
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to company procedures and regulations.

The successful candidate will be a self‑motivated individual with existing line maintenance experience, who can work without direct supervision and able to demonstrate a flexible working attitude in a fast‑changing environment. With 600 aircraft, including the introduction of the Boeing 737‑8200 “Gamechanger” and a growing Ryanair UK Fleet of 737‑800, Ryanair offer exceptional career opportunities and progression within the industry.

Responsibilities

• Routine servicing and defect rectification of Ryanair’s 737‑800 and 737‑8200 Fleet.
• Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
• Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Aircraft Line Maintenance experience (Essential).
• Boeing 737‑NG/Max Family aircraft experience (Desirable).
• Good IT Literacy (Essential), with AMOS Experience (Desirable).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential)
• Unrestricted right to live and work in Poland
• Full driving license
