Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery ofagentic AI systems in collaboration with theHead of AI, ensuring production-ready, scalable solutions.
• Drive architecture and implementation acrossAzure andAWS.
• Guide engineering teams inPython-based development, agent orchestration (Semantic Kernel, LangChain), and best practices in cloud-native software.
• Oversee delivery workflows, includingCI/CD, testing, monitoring, and infrastructure automation (Terraform, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Act as a technical leader: reviewing designs, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as aTech Lead / Senior Engineer in AI-driven and cloud-native projects.
• Expertise inAzure and AWS AI services, with hands-on experience deploying and integrating LLM-based systems.
• StrongPython engineering background with ability to guide complex solution design.
• Solid knowledge ofDevOps practices: Terraform, CI/CD, Docker.
• Experience inleading cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical delivery. Excellent client-facing skills, fluency in English, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Experience working collaboratively with Data Science and Engineering teams to achieve project goals.
