Job summary

Ryanair Labs is seeking an Information Security Architect to lead security architecture for AI systems and strategic initiatives. The role involves automating security processes, designing secure AI patterns, and guiding governance across on-prem and multicloud environments.

You will own threat modelling, IAM, and zero-trust implementations while driving automation and PoCs with engineers and security teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in security, including 3+ in architecture or senior engineering roles.
• Demonstrated autonomy: built and shipped automation or initiatives with measured results.
• Deep understanding of LLM apps, RAG, agents, MCP integrations and attack surface.
• Multicloud architecture across AWS, GCP and Azure: identity, network, logging, policy-as-code.
• Identity and zero-trust architecture including non-human identities.
• Threat modelling, secure SDLC practice and secure design.

Responsibilities

• Automate the security team with agentic workflows and tooling.
• Design and implement secure AI patterns, including data handling and access controls.
• Lead security initiatives across on-prem and multicloud environments.
• Develop and validate security patterns, governance, and evidence collection.
