MEDvidi, Inc. is seeking an AI Product Analyst to evaluate and improve Voice AI Agents at scale. You will join a cross-functional team spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, and AI, analyzing real-world conversations to guide product decisions and improve patient journeys.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Analytics, or analytics roles in complex production systems.
• Strong SQL skills and Python for analysis of large-scale text datasets.
• Understanding of LLM limitations, hallucinations, evaluation challenges, and AI failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production behavior of Voice AI Agents and conversational workflows.
• Investigate hallucinations, inconsistencies, silent failures, and quality degradation in AI-driven conversations.
