Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Data & Analytics Consultant in its Enterprise Performance & Analysis practice to shape data‑driven decisions for Fortune 500 clients. You will fuse data and AI insights with business strategy, architecting end‑to‑end analytics solutions across cloud platforms.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, design real-time data models, and deliver next‑gen dashboards that power personalized insights and forecasting. A bachelor’s degree and strong BI tool experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in business or computer science.
• Working knowledge with leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing, data modeling and predictive analytics concepts.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure or GCP) and their analytics services.
• Interest and familiarity with agentic AI concepts in analytics workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking to define innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional English level; additional languages (German/French) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy self-service reporting solutions that go beyond visualization, incorporating generative AI copilots into the user experience.
• Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to demystify complex data landscapes and co-create visionary roadmaps.
• Translate business vision into architecture, turning user stories into robust designs with real-time data, cloud warehouses and semantic layers.
• Orchestrate the data lifecycle with sophisticated models powering dashboards and algorithmic decision engines.
