Job summary

ai& is seeking a Network Engineer in Poland to ensure the performance of lossless networking fabrics critical for AI at scale. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing the networking infrastructure that supports our GPU fleet's communication operations.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with InfiniBand and RoCE v2 and will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance network performance. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic tech environment focused on driving advancements in AI.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing and operating lossless AI networking fabrics.
• Hands-on experience tuning NCCL for distributed AI workloads.
• Experience configuring and tuning high-performance NICs and DPUs.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate lossless networking fabrics across data centers.
• Tune NCCL, NICs, and DPUs to maximize bandwidth and eliminate packet loss.
• Design the network architecture for new data center deployments.
