Job summary

Venice.ai, a leading consumer AI company, is hiring a Product Manager, Models. You will own the model portfolio across Venice’s products, defining tiering (Free, Pro, Pro Plus, Max), ensuring reliability, and driving new model offerings.

You’ll collaborate with PMs, engineering, marketing, and leadership to optimize model selection and lifecycle management, with uncensored, privacy‑first standards. You’ll report to the VP of Business Operations and influence decisions on model sizing, config

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, ideally across infrastructure, dev tools, or AI/ML platforms
• Strong technical fluency and ability to triage model/configuration issues
• Understanding of model performance metrics and root-cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Own the model portfolio end-to-end: decide which models to offer and tier accordingly
• Build the models-as-product operating system: launch processes, configuration standards, documentation
• Drive reliability: define health standards, monitor uptime, triage incidents, ensure redundancy
• Identify and scope new model offerings beyond existing catalog and drive from concept to launch
• Be the expert on all models: monitor pricing, drift, and changes across providers
• Own model strategy for each product: map models to use cases and surfaces with PMs
• Turn signals into roadmap: convert evaluation results and user feedback into prioritization
• Collaborate across Engineering, API, BI, PM, Marketing to implement decisions
