• Research experience in reinforcement learning, post-training, synthetic/agentic data, AI evaluation, benchmarks, model understanding, or AI agents.
• Strong Python/programming skills and experience with modern ML frameworks.
• Experience designing experiments and working with research-grade datasets and evaluation systems.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and technical leadership skills.

• Conduct research and experiments on advanced AI and machine learning systems.
• Develop and evaluate models, datasets, benchmarks, and AI evaluation frameworks.

• Build research prototypes and tooling using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Analyze experimental results and turn findings into practical improvements.
• Collaborate with research, engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Contribute to technical documentation, research reports, publications, or open-source projects where applicable.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers or researchers.

AI/ML Research Engineer

RLink Solutions is hiring for a client for a 3-month short-term contract opportunity.

Location: USA, Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Nigeria, Turkey, Vietnam

Start: Immediate

Rate: US - $50/hr-$70 | Non-US - $20-$30/hr

Schedule: 40 hours/week, minimum 8 hours/day, with 4 hours of PST overlap

Requirements
