Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to analyze client needs, design AI-powered applications, and build scalable ML solutions. You will work on chatbots, intelligent search, document processing, and predictive analytics, applying best practices across the ML lifecycle from data prep to production monitoring.

You should be proficient in Python, with familiarity in SQL and C#, and comfortable with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, and related Microsoft tooling.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills; SQL and C# are advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with the ML lifecycle, including model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation.
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning and Microsoft Fabric; Databricks and Synapse are a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps, MLflow, model versioning, experiment tracking, and model drift monitoring.
• Experience with Generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft AI frameworks, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Document Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and identify opportunities to apply AI and machine learning.
• Design and implement AI-powered applications, including chatbots, intelligent search, document processing, and predictive analytics.
• Develop, train, optimise, deploy, and maintain ML models in production.
• Contribute to AI research and development, exploring emerging technologies and building prototypes.
