Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an AI/ML Developer to join a dynamic team in Kraków. You will design and implement AI/ML solutions for Credit & Lending, including LLM prompt engineering, RAG, and scalable architectures.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and production deployment are key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AI/ML experience, strong Python (FastAPI, LangChain) and SQL skills, and familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure and GCP.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML development experience.
• Proficient in Python with FastAPI and LangChain.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge and PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience designing APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of LLM architectures, RAG, and prompt engineering.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, CI/CD, Azure and GCP.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLMs in Credit & Lending use cases.
• Develop solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databases.
• Contribute to full lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Apply AI best practices for fairness and transparency.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business experts.
• Write clean, testable, reusable code and maintain production systems.
• Leverage Azure and GCP for development, deployment, and scaling.
