Job summary

PwC Polska is looking for an AI Engineer to join their team in Wrocław. The role involves developing an advanced tourism platform to enhance customer engagement using artificial intelligence. Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including machine learning and AI libraries.
• Experience in building and integrating AI backends using frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
• Knowledge of generative AI technology and prompt engineering.
• Experience using and integrating vector databases like Chroma and Milvus.
• Familiarity with NLP techniques such as intent classification and NER.
• Practical experience in managing chatbots with multilingual support.
• Ability to work with APIs and develop secure AI solutions.
• Familiarity with container technologies, CI/CD environments, and DevOps.
• Ability to integrate AI with external systems and cloud platforms.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient English language skills at least at C1 level.
• Ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity in Poland.

We are developing an advanced tourism platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to personalize user experiences. Our goal is to enhance customer engagement and optimize their experiences during events and visits in Saudi Arabia.

Your future role

• Collaborate on the development of an AI assistant for user registration on the platform,
• Work on the development of intelligent interest tagging to better tailor content to user preferences,
• Design and implement personalized travel planning recommendation mechanisms,
• Create tools to provide local tips and information about tourist attractions,
• Analyze user data to continuously improve the solutions and features offered by the platform.

• Advanced proficiency in Python, including machine learning and AI libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch,
• Experience in building and integrating AI backends using frameworks like FastAPI and Flask,
• Knowledge of generative AI technology, including working with models like Grok, OpenAI GPT, LangChain, and prompt engineering,
• Experience using and integrating vector databases such as Chroma, Milvus, and Qdrant,
• Familiarity with NLP techniques such as text generation, summarization, intent classification, and Named Entity Recognition (NER),
• Practical experience in creating and managing chatbots, including multilingual support and integration of services like TTS (text-to-speech) and STT (speech-to-text),
• Ability to work with APIs and develop scalable, secure AI solutions,
• Familiarity with container technologies, CI/CD environments, and DevOps is a plus,
• Ability to integrate AI with external systems and cloud platforms,
• Creative thinking skills and problem‑solving abilities,
• The capability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, demanding, and fluid environment,
• Proficient English language skills at least at a C1 level,
• You demonstrate knowledge of new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• The ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity within Poland (due to the project‑based nature of the employment).
