Qualifications

• 4+ years across software, data engineering, ML, or AI platform work with direct ownership of production systems.

Responsibilities

• Build, iterate, and maintain AI agents within the defined architecture.
• Integrate data components across media platforms and ensure schema consistency.
• Apply evaluation-first development with defined success criteria and regression tests.
• Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for daily calls and weekly reports.
• Extend MCP connector library for external platform APIs and manage rate limits.
• Create Slack-based approval flows for human-in-the-loop decision-making.
• Ensure production reliability and proactive incident response.
