Job summary

A leading AI consultancy in Katowice is looking for a skilled AI Engineer to design and implement agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, experience with LLMs, and familiarity with cloud services. Your role will include developing APIs and collaborating across teams to ensure successful deployments. Excellent communication in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Strong Python engineering background with production systems experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of LLMs and embeddings.
• Familiarity with Semantic Kernel and LangChain.
• Cloud experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Solid understanding of APIs and CI/CD workflows.
• Very good communication skills in English and Polish.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Design and implementagentic AI solutionsusingLLMswith Azurec OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and orchestration frameworks likeSemantic Kernel, LangChain and others.
• DevelopPython-based services and APIsfor integrating AI into cloud-native applications.
• Collaborate with data, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure scalable, production-ready deployments.
• Contribute to experiments in agent workflows & orchestration, transforming research ideas into working solutions.

Qualifications

• StrongPython engineeringbackground with experience building production systems.
• Hands-on knowledge ofLLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity withagent frameworks(Semantic Kernel, LangChain).
• Cloud experience withAzureand/orAWS AI ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of APIs, containers, and CI/CD workflows.
• Successful completion of higher education as a qualified IT specialist or university degree in computer science.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
