Job summary

Luxoft in Wrocław, Poland is seeking an AI Agentic Developer to build production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities within a Tier-1 wealth management bank context.

You will design reusable AI workflows, tune prompts, and ensure system reliability, monitoring, and governance. Collaboration with enterprise teams and ongoing learning are valued at Luxoft.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience and production coding practices.
• Git and GitLab CI/CD in a team setting.
• Hands-on design and orchestration of agentic AI systems.
• Prompt engineering skills to control LLM behavior and reliability.
• Solid understanding of Model Garden concepts and usage.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Adaptable to rapid changes in a fast-moving environment.

• - Develop production-grade LLM and agentic capabilities, covering prompt and model configuration, evaluation, guardrails and monitoring.- Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and support approval, documentation and operational readiness.- Problem-solving ability with logical reasoning.- Design and develop reusable agentic AI workflows with LangGraph and LLMs.- Craft and refine clear, effective prompts for diverse tasks.- Use Git for version control and GitLab CI/CD to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
