AI Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer Specialist to design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions, including AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and digital clones. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer with a deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and machine learning who can translate cutting-edge technology into real-world business value through intelligent, human-like communication experiences.

Part-time: Minimum of 20 hours per week (can grow to more hours or full-time)

Remote: Fully remote, CET working hours

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Monthly Rate: Flexible depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

  • AI System Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven chatbots, AI clones, and conversational agents using leading LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.)
  • Model Customization: Expertly fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and customize large language models (LLMs) to meet specific business requirements for personality, tone, and behavior
  • Integration: Integrate AI models into applications using APIs and specialized frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Intelligent Automation: Develop sophisticated automation solutions to streamline communication and decision-making processes across workflows
  • Design Collaboration: Collaborate with product and design teams to define chatbot personas, conversational flows, and overall user experience
  • Performance & Ethics: Implement analytics to measure chatbot performance, continuously improve responses through feedback loops, and maintain high standards for data privacy and ethical AI use

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI or machine learning development, with a proven track record building and deploying AI chatbots or virtual assistants in production environments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Python, LangChain, FastAPI, and related frameworks
  • Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.)
  • Expertise in vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS)
  • Deep understanding of NLP, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience integrating AI agents into CRMs, web applications, or customer service platforms
  • Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) for seamless chatbot interface integration
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Familiarity with data visualization or dashboarding tools for performance tracking
