IBM Consulting in Poland is seeking a seasoned Data Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture of our data platform, spanning ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of business and engineering, translating evolving requirements into actionable blueprints for engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture roles.
• Deep Snowflake expertise in architecture, performance optimization and security.
• Strong knowledge of dbt Cloud and modern ELT/analytics engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Solid grasp of Azure ecosystem including Blob Storage and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of the data platform.
• Provide architectural governance for the modern data stack across Snowflake and Azure investments.
