Job summary

Zimran is building global tech products and seeks an AI Creator to craft high-impact video ads using frontier generative AI models. You will have day-one access to the newest AI tools and real ad budgets to test across multiple markets.

You will optimize prompts, ensure consistency of characters and voice, and adapt scripts for diverse regions (EN, JP, KR, AR, TR, ID, ES/LATAM). You’ll also build scalable workflows and LLM agents to empower the team.

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 months+ hands-on prompt engineering across generative models.
• Experience with real engines and a sense of market direction.
• Understanding of on-brand, fast-turnaround video ad creation.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-converting video ads using frontier generative models.
• Maintain visual and audio consistency across scenes and languages.
• Adapt scripts for EN, JP, KR, AR, TR, ID, ES/LATAM, ZH-TW and similar markets.
• Diagnose generation defects and fix issues like lip-sync and seams.
• Benchmark new models and build scalable prompts and pipelines.

About the Role

As an AI Creator at Zimran, you will sit at the cutting edge of performance marketing, crafting high-impact video ads using frontier generative AI models. You will have day-one access to the newest AI tools, working in an exciting environment where your creative generations are backed by real ad budgets and tested across global markets.

Your Impact

• Produce High-Converting Ads: Craft video ads using frontier generative models, focusing on engaging UGC formats like creator-to-camera monologues, dialogues, split-screens, short dramas, and dynamic hook variants.
• Ensure Visual & Audio Consistency: Expertly guide the models to keep recurring characters consistent in face, wardrobe, voice, and delivery across every scene and language version.
• Adapt for Global Markets: Adapt and refine scripts for diverse regions (EN, JP, KR, AR, TR, ID, ES/LATAM, ZH-TW), adjusting prompts so the output feels natural to the model's capabilities rather than relying on strict translations.
• Diagnose & Optimize: Proactively troubleshoot generation defects, seamlessly fixing swallowed lines, lip-sync loss, face/voice drift, visible seams, and moderation issues.
• Pioneer New Technology: Test and benchmark new generative models on release day, defining which engine wins for specific ad formats and briefs.
• Build the Pipeline: Turn your successful workflows and prompt structures into scalable presets, pipelines, and LLM agents that empower the rest of the team.

About You

You don't need every line. Excellent at a few + fast learner is enough.

• 6 to 12 months+ hands-on prompt engineering across generative models (t2i, i2v, t2v, r2v, v2v, t2a/v2a)
• Real hours in current engines (Seedance, FLUX, Wan, Kling, GPT Image, Seedream, ElevenLabs) and a feel for where the landscape is moving
• Performance-ad instinct: the first 1.5 seconds, pacing, what stops a scroll on Meta / TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Filmmaking and editing judgment: shot choice, blocking, getting a performance out of a take, and knowing what the finished ad needs before you hit generate
• English sufficient to write and read technical prompts
• Willingness to work fast, in a high-intensity startup environment
