Alignerr is seeking an AI Chatbot Tester to converse with cutting-edge AI systems and provide structured feedback on responses.

This fully remote hourly contract offers flexible scheduling, 10–40 hours per week, and the opportunity to influence how leading AI models are trained and improved.

• Engage in natural and creative conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics
• Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or signs of bias
• Push AI limits by crafting challenging, nuanced, and edge-case prompts
• Record structured feedback and ratings using clear evaluation guidelines
• Contribute insights that directly influence how leading AI models are trained and improved

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, asking questions, and thinking critically
• Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
• A strong communicator with solid written English skills

• No technical background or prior AI experience required — just bring your perspective
