This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work when you want, as much as you want.

What You'll Do

• Engage in natural and creative conversations with AI chatbots across a wide range of topics
• Evaluate chatbot responses for helpfulness, accuracy, tone, and safety
• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or signs of bias
• Push AI limits by crafting challenging, nuanced, and edge-case prompts
• Record structured feedback and ratings using clear evaluation guidelines
• Contribute insights that directly influence how leading AI models are trained and improved

Who You Are

• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas, asking questions, and thinking critically
• Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
• A strong communicator with solid written English skills
• Comfortable navigating chat-based digital tools
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No technical background or prior AI experience required — just bring your perspective

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing, editing, research, or quality assurance
