Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an AI Chatbot Tester to converse with cutting-edge AI systems and provide honest, structured feedback on their responses.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract — work when you want, as much as you want. Expect to commit 10–40 hours per week and help shape how AI models are trained and improved.

• Identify issues such as factual errors, awkward phrasing, inconsistencies, or signs of bias.
• Push AI limits by crafting challenging, nuanced, and edge-case prompts.
• Record structured feedback and ratings using clear evaluation guidelines.
• Contribute insights that directly influence how leading AI models are trained and improved.
