Job summary

ALGOTEQUE, an IT consultancy, seeks an AI Agent / Prompt Engineer to support financial data analysis and reporting processes. You will design prompts, test AI outputs, and develop reliable workflows for processing financial information.

Requirements include prompt engineering experience, familiarity with ChatGPT/OpenAI/Claude/Gemini, strong attention to data integrity, and excellent English. Basic French knowledge is advantageous. Warsaw, Poland-based role with potential remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience with prompt engineering, AI agents, LLMs or similar AI solutions.
• Practical experience with tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms.
• Understanding of prompt design, AI workflows, and structured outputs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data and AI-generated outputs.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of French, with ability to understand common financial and reporting terminology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine AI workflows for analysing financial and reporting data.
• Work with structured and unstructured financial information and documentation.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
