Job summary

Saily is seeking an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to develop and execute an affiliate strategy, recruit partners, and drive revenue across online publishers worldwide.

You will collaborate with marketing, CRO, SEO, and product teams to optimize performance, build strong partner relationships, and explore new channels, with English fluency as a must and other languages as a plus.

Qualifications

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute an affiliate strategy, identifying key affiliates and building strategic partnerships to increase exposure and revenue;

• Research, identify, and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both established industry players and affiliates new to the space;

• Drive revenue across all types of online publishers, including review websites, blogs, journals, and other online media;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, including regular partner visits and networking;

• Analyze performance, identify underperforming areas, and work with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to drive affiliate growth;

• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure partner editorial teams have access to the latest product updates and releases;

• Regularly monitor performance reports, identify issues and opportunities, and take action to improve results;

• Continuously explore new opportunities, including channels, niches, funnels, and innovative partnership models.

Core requirements

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing;

• Fluent English communication skills; French, German, or Italian would be an advantage;

• Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines such as CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing;

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and performance metrics;

• Solid negotiation skills with a focus on achieving tangible business results;

• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively;

• A strong network of editorial and affiliate contacts, as well as experience working with Media Buyers and/or Influencers, would be an advantage;

• Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and web and data analytics tools would be a bonus. Your application should be submitted in English.
