• Good knowledge of drawings interpretation and Global Dimensioning and Tolerances.
• Hands-on experience with engineering FEM analysis and simulations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support technical disposition for product in service.
• Provide engineering substantiation for service indications.
• Manage Customer Support queries and advise on indications.
• Report any safety impacts and improvement opportunities.
• Work with teams on cost reduction and product reconciliation projects.
