This role is responsible for resolving queries, providing information, and supporting systems administration to ensure a seamless employee experience.**Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:*** Serve as the primary point of contact for colleagues regarding People policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements.* Advise colleagues on all aspects of the employee life cycle.* Generate employment documents and maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection legislation* Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure timely and accurate data processing.* Work closely with other People Functions (e.g., Benefits, TA) to support and processes and administrative tasks* Provide Workday support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective resolutions to collaborators* Support onboarding process for new joiners**Qualification and Experience:*** Experience in HR, consulting, or related fields, with a focus on HR systems, operations, or employee relations* Strong attention to detail, process orientation and focus on task prioritisation* Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow* Solid understanding of People policies and procedures* Good written and verbal communication skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish; knowledge of Romanian or Italian is an advantage* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, adhering to established processes* Strong analytic, consultative, and collaboration skills* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel* Flexibility and ability to multitask, especially during peak HR activity periods, and adapt to changing prioritiesJoin us and be part of a team that values innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
