DESCRIPTION (subject matter, expectations, notes):

I.Requirements for candidates (specification of statutory and legal requirements the candidate must meet):

1.Academic title / academic degree / professional title:
academic degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences (*doktor nauk medycznych*);
professional title of Master of Medical Analytics (*magister analityki medycznej*);
license to practice as a laboratory diagnostician.

2.Documented research record in the field or scientific discipline relevant to the candidate's primary research output (does not apply to teaching-only positions):

• significant publication record in the fields of dermatology, mycology, and microbiology in indexed journals.

3.Required teaching or professional experience (does not apply to research-only positions):

• demonstrated significant achievements in teaching;
• significant professional experience in the fields of dermatology, mycology, and microbiology;
• experience in securing research grants;
• commitment to research and development activities for the benefit of the University.

4.Employment will be based on a full-time, fixed-term employment contract; the annual teaching workload is 240 hours (in the event of employment commencing after the start of the academic year, the teaching workload is calculated as 1/30 of the annual teaching quota assigned to the position for each week during which classes are held at the university).

5.The Kalisz University (*Uniwersytet Kaliski*) must serve as the candidate's primary place of employment (within the meaning of the Act) following hiring.

6.An interview may be conducted.

IV. Information regarding the competition result, including the rationale, will be published on the University’s website no later than 14 days after the application deadline.

• The University does not provide permanent housing but offers accommodation within its own hotel facilities.

The University reserves the right to conclude the competition without selecting a candidate and without providing a reason.
The competition result does not equate to employment of the candidate; rather, it constitutes a recommendation to the Rector. The final decision regarding employment rests with the Rector.
