As an Actuarial Pricing Specialist, you will support the development of pricing strategies, build actuarial models, and deliver insights that help shape key business decisions.

Get ready to:

• Analyse product profitability and recommend as well as implement pricing adjustments.
• Develop pricing tariffs for motor and property insurance products.
• Build and enhance actuarial models.
• Prepare analyses, visualisations, and present results to stakeholders.
• Develop tools that support data analysis and reporting, including in Power BI.
• Collaborate with other teams across the organisation by providing relevant reports and insights.

To fit here you'll need:

• At least 3 years of experience in actuarial pricing or building insurance tariffs.
• Knowledge of premium calculation principles, actuarial methods and insurance accounting.
• Ability to build risk models using GLM/GAM methodologies.
• Knowledge of Power BI and MS Office; familiarity with SQL or R will be a strong advantage.
• Higher education in a quantitative field (mathematics, data analysis, quantitative methods, statistics).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Highly developed analytical thinking, independence and initiative.
• Good command of English enabling smooth communication.
