Job summary

ERGO Technology & Services S.A. seeks an Actuarial Data Scientist to develop advanced pricing models by blending actuarial methods with data science.

You will collaborates with the Lead Actuarial Data Scientist, underwriting experts, and ERGO’s Data Science community to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve risk selection and pricing strategies. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Actuarial Science, Data Science, or a related analytical field.
• Fluency in English (C1) and excellent communication skills.
• Proven skills in Python, R, SQL, and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong statistical modelling and data visualization capabilities.
• Experience applying predictive analytics in insurance pricing or risk modelling.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine predictive pricing models using GLM, ML, and deep learning techniques.
• Perform feature engineering, data cleaning, and model performance monitoring to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Develop visual analytics tools and dashboards for tracking pricing KPIs.
• Translate technical modelling outcomes into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, and claims teams to integrate analytics into operational decisions.
