Job summary

MPower Plus in Poland is seeking an Active Directory Administrator to manage and support our AD infrastructure. You will handle replication topology, site linking, and KCC configuration, ensuring high availability across on-prem and regional services.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of ADDS, ADCS PKI basics, DHCP, DFS, and file shares, plus reporting on user activity and security. You must be comfortable with shifts and collaborating with IT teams on projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AD replication, sites, and KCC, and planning/implementing replication.
• Experience restoring deleted objects.
• Ability to generate AD reports (active users and other AD metrics).
• Fundamental understanding of ADCS, Root CA, subordinate CAs, CSRs, and CRL.
• Knowledge of network ports used by AD services.
• Strong troubleshooting of NTP servers.
• Experience with ADSI Edit.
• Willing to work on shifts as projects require.
• Quality and process knowledge.
• ITIL knowledge.
• OS troubleshooting and performance issues.
• Windows Server administration including BSOD, permissions, recovery.
• Understanding Windows Server clustering.
• Participation in Windows Server patch management, cluster validation and performance optimization.
• DHCP, scopes, super scopes, troubleshooting.
• File sharing servers and DFS troubleshooting.

Job description

Role: Active Directory Admin

Location: Gdansk, Poland(3 days onsite per week)

Contract : 6 -12+ Months contract

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands on experience and strong troubleshooting skill in AD replication, Sites, KCC, etc., experience in planning and implementation of Active Directory Replication.
• Must have worked on deleted objects restoration.
• Must have hands on experience on getting AD reports like, active users and other AD reports.
• Basic understanding of ADCS, Root CA, subordinate CAs, creation of CSRs, knowledge on CRL
• Must have knowledge on all the Ports.
• Sound knowledge on NTP servers and troubleshooting.
• Strong Understanding of ADSI edit concepts.
• Willing to Work on Shifts based on the projects need.
• Quality and Process Knowledge.
• Good ITIL knowledge.
• Good knowledge on OS troubleshooting, experience in OS performance issues.
• Good Knowledge and troubleshooting skills on Windows server (Blue Screen Errors, performance issues, permissions issues).
• Good troubleshooting skill in Windows server recovery.
• Understanding and troubleshooting skill of Windows Cluster.
• Participate in Windows Server patch management, cluster validation and performance optimization.
• Expert knowledge in DHCP, Scopes and understanding super scopes and troubleshooting of any issues.
• Must have hands on experience in File share servers and DFS and troubleshooting.
