Account Manager Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement Excellence: Build trust and rapport with merchants, delivering proactive, solution‑oriented support that enhances their experience.
  • Analytical & Critical Thinking: Analyse operational data (order history, KPIs) to detect performance gaps and anticipate potential churn.
  • Sales & Negotiation Ability: Communicate the value of the Food platform to merchants, support commercial conversations, and drive retention & reactivation efforts.
  • Experience using CRM & reporting systems such as Salesforce, Looker, Outreach, WhatsApp, or similar tools.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adapting quickly to evolving tools, processes, and business needs.
