Job summary

An innovative e-commerce platform in Poland is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own the entire commercial cycle. You will be responsible for onboarding sellers, negotiating deals, and driving long-term account growth. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and is fluent in both English and Polish. Your Mission 🫵

As an Account Executive for Poland, you will own the entire commercial cycle — from outbound prospecting and inbound qualification, to negotiation and closing, followed by onboarding and long‑term account growth.

Your role is central to Tilt’s expansion in Poland. You will bring high‑potential sellers onto the platform and help them grow their business through Tilt’s live commerce ecosystem.

What You’ll Do 👷
0–3 months
  • Learn Tilt’s product, ICP, value proposition, and sales playbook
  • Build and qualify outbound prospect lists targeted to the Polish market
  • Manage inbound leads: run intro calls, qualify, and convert to pipeline
  • Support early discovery, demos, and closing conversations
  • Onboard new sellers and train them to become strong streamers
  • Manage a small early portfolio of existing sellers
  • Execute structured outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Achieve early KPIs: meetings, qualified opportunities, initial revenue
  • Support the Country Manager with pipeline and key account work
3+ months
  • Independently own the full sales cycle end‑to‑end
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and new seller acquisition targets
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Polish sellers, ensuring strong retention
  • Develop deep market insights and identify high‑value categories in Poland
  • Build long‑term relationships with sellers, prospects, and partners
  • Provide structured commercial feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Act as a commercial driver helping shape Tilt’s strategy in Poland
Who You Are 📋
Must-haves
  • 3–4 years of experience in sales, account executive roles, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Experience running outbound & inbound sales (email, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Confident owning pipeline stages and closing deals independently
  • Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously
Nice-to-haves
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or HubSpot)
  • Experience selling SaaS, marketplaces, or digital products
  • Familiarity with account‑based selling or market research
  • Startup or fast‑growth environment experience
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar
  • Previous regional or country‑level commercial experience
