Tenstorrent in Poland is seeking an Acceleration Kernel Developer Lead to guide the optimization of low‑level workloads, drive kernel development, and improve the performance of our machine‑learning software. You will lead a team of highly skilled engineers, ensuring our code runs at peak efficiency and delivers exceptional results to clients.

This hybrid role is based in Warsaw or Gdansk; candidates will be assessed for level during interviews and offers will align with that level.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ with a track record of high-performance low-level code.
• Hands-on experience developing/optimizing tensor compute or data movement kernels.
• Deep familiarity with performance profiling tools and debugging complex runtime environments.
• Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks; bonus for GPU programming (CUDA/OpenCL) or OS internals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers to optimize low-level workloads and kernel development for ML applications.
• Translate ML requirements into highly efficient low-level code and architectures.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to improve end‑to‑end performance for Tenstorrent’s AI platform.
