Job summary

Negativ Design is seeking a 3D Motion Graphics Artist to conceptualize and produce high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for diverse projects.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-disciplinary teams, mentor junior designers, and manage multiple animations from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time, visually compelling results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Proficient with Cinema 4D, Redshift, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio with 3D motion graphics and animations.
• Experience with modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering.
• Understanding of animation principles, typography, and storytelling.
• Experience presenting concepts to clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and communication.
• Familiarity with AR/VR or interactive 3D is a plus.

Creative Direction & Animation Development

3D Design & Motion Graphics Execution

• Create 3D models, textures, and animations using industry-standard tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Redshift).
• Design dynamic motion graphics and video assets for digital and broadcast platforms.
• Integrate 3D animations seamlessly with 2D motion graphics for cohesive visual narratives.

Client Collaboration

• Partner with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and brand identity for motion design projects.
• Present concepts, storyboards, and animations effectively, incorporating feedback to refine deliverables.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Management

• Manage multiple animation projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines.
