Job summary

Align Technology in Poland is seeking a CAD Designer to create visualizations of orthodontic treatment plans and support doctors’ recommendations. You will develop skills in prioritization, attention to detail, and communication while receiving two months of onboarding training on our CAD/CAM software.

On-site during onboarding with hybrid work possible afterward. The role requires proactivity, strong computer skills, and proficiency in English, Polish, and Arabic at C1 level, plus a

As a CAD Designer, you'll have the opportunity to positively impact patients’ lives by preparing individualized treatment plans based on doctors’ recommendations. In this role, you'll develop skills in prioritization, attention to detail, client needs assessment, and solution implementation.

We are looking for individuals who are confident using a computer, eager to learn new software, have at least secondary or vocational education, and a strong desire to gain knowledge in the field of dentistry. We provide all necessary training on our side. Proactive attitude and communication skills are a must.

What We're Looking For

Additional Information

• Employment contract
• 2-month onboarding training covering dental knowledge and proprietary CAD/CAM software
• On-site work required during onboarding and certification period (approx. 7 months); hybrid work options are discussed afterward
• Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
