How you will make an impact:

As a Junior Customer Operations Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing a blend of customer service and back‑office responsibilities. Your contributions will help ensure efficient operations and a seamless experience for our customers. Some of your tasks will include:

  • Accurately processing sales orders and credits in our systems
  • Promptly and professionally managing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Ensuring smooth and timely deliveries
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes
  • Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders
What will make you successful:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Solid problem‑solving abilities, especially under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Tech‑savviness and proficiency in computer skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Excel, or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays
