Job summary

X-FLOW is seeking a skilled 2D Artist to elevate the visuals of the Happy Color app. You will create captivating illustrations across multiple styles and develop characters and stories.

You will collaborate with a talented team, iterating on feedback, and enjoy flexible hours with remote and office options in a dynamic, creative environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong anatomy knowledge, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial 2D illustration experience.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and proportions.
• Experience as a character concept artist.
• Understanding of composition, light, color, form, perspective.
• Ability to switch between different styles.
• Russian language – Upper Intermediate.
• Line art skills are a plus.
• Team player and open to feedback.

X-FLOW is a mobile game development company established in 2018. We gained recognition after the release of Happy Color, the most popular digital coloring book and one of the most successful ad-driven mobile apps in the world. We take pride in our diverse and talented team and partners, spread across the UK, Cyprus, the Netherlands, and other regions worldwide. We are seeking a 2D Artist to help us take the visual quality of the Happy Color app to the next level! You will be responsible for creating captivating stories and illustration series that will be shared with a wide audience.

Skills and requirements:

• More than three years of commercial experience in the field of 2D illustrations.
• Knowledge of 2D packages: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
• Deep knowledge of human anatomy and proportions.
• Experience as a character concept artist.
• Deep understanding of composition, light, color, form, structure and perspective.
• A clear understanding of stylistic subtleties and the ability to switch between different styles.
• Russian language - Upper Intermediate.
• It will be a plus: Skills in creating line art illustrations.
• Ability to work in a team and a willingness to accept constructive criticism and feedback.
