Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in Poland!

The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:

As a member of an international team of recruiters and sourcers in the field of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), you will be working directly with our client, a global leader in packaging and paper in EMEA region. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting process for professionals. Your core tasks include briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, screening application documents and conducting telephone interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews. Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions, support candidates and managers during the hiring process, including offer and contract administration. As one of our first points of client contact, you are in regular exchange with the Hiring Managers. You will be primarily responsible for countries in Europe.

Your core tasks include:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend recruitment needs and devise effective sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to attract a large pool of qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
  • Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Foster and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes continually
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
  • 5 years plus Recruitment experience preferably in RPO environment
  • Desired experience with ATS and a background in RPO to understand recruitment processes quickly
  • Attitude focused on customers and interacting with them
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-assured yet friendly manners and outstanding communication skills
  • Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy
Professional-level proficiency in English and Polish is required; German language skills are considered an advantage.

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).

Seeking at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
