The Web Development Manager at Hirewise plays a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of robust enterprise-level web applications. This position requires a seasoned professional with over seven years of experience in web and software development and at least two to three years in a leadership or engineering management role. The manager oversees a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 20 members, driving the architecture and technical strategy for scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions. A strong command of PHP & Laravel frameworks, coupled with extensive hands‑on experience with APIs, payment gateways, and microservices, is essential for success in this role. The manager is also responsible for championing best practices in code review, testing, and quality assurance to maintain high standards of software delivery.
