Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Karachi Division, focused on selling and consulting on web design, animations, branding, and logo solutions. The role involves meeting potential and existing clients, understanding their business objectives, and presenting tailored design and branding packages that match their needs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and delivering sales pitches, coordinating with the design and development teams to scope projects, creating proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The position also requires maintaining relationships with clients, tracking sales activities, and providing feedback to the creative team to refine offerings. The role is performance-driven and suited to individuals who can blend visual design understanding with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to understand and sell effective, modern websites.
• Candidates should possess User Interface Design and Front-End Development skills to discuss technical and usability aspects with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Graphic Design skills to interpret branding needs and communicate logo and visual identity concepts.
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and presenting creative solutions to business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design concepts in clear, business-oriented language.
• Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division and collaborate with cross-functional design and development teams.
• Prior experience in a digital agency, branding, or design-focused sales role is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education in design, marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required if there is strong practical experience.
