Role Description

The Senior Full‑Stack Developer / Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support INFOTICS Academy’s training platforms and operations. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include implementing front‑end interfaces, building and optimizing back‑end services and APIs, integrating third‑party systems, and ensuring application security, performance, and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with instructors and operations teams to translate training and business requirements into technical solutions, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architecture and technology decisions. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Korangi District, requiring close collaboration with the local team and active participation in the academy’s technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Full‑Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience delivering production‑ready web applications.
• Experience in Back‑End Web Development, including RESTful API design, databases, authentication, and application security best practices.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (e.g., Git), testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Prior experience in an educational, training, or tech academy environment is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor and support less‑experienced team members.
