Job summary

MasterFix Solutions in Gujrat is seeking a reliable Warehouse Worker to join the team. You will perform tasks in a warehouse including receiving, storing, and distributing materials while following instructions carefully.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and knowledge of inventory processes. The role requires independent as well as team work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a warehouse setting.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods of time.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming materials against purchase orders or packing lists.
• Store materials in designated locations according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Pick, pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate various warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
