We are hiring a skilled and customer-oriented WaiterWaitress to join our team in Faisalabad As a WaiterWaitress you will be responsible for taking orders serving food and drinks and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer needs and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with seating arrangements
• Present menus take orders and serve food and beverages
• Answer any questions about menu items and make recommendations if needed
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately and delivered to the correct table in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and elevate to management if necessary
• Maintain cleanliness of tables chairs utensils and dining area throughout the shift
• Process payments issue receipts and handle cash transactions efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth running of the restaurant operations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a WaiterWaitress or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Knowledge of food safety regulations is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent additional training from a culinary school is a plus
