Job summary

SoftSquare is seeking an expert JavaScript developer with strong Vue.js expertise to build user-facing web applications and components. You will implement with Vue.js, focusing on robust, secure, modular, and maintainable code, and collaborate with back-end developers and UX/UI designers.

You will implement automated testing, stay current with Vue.js developments, and uphold security and best practices across project dependencies.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript ES6+ skills and modern syntax.
• Proficient in Vue.js core concepts: components, reactivity, virtual DOM.
• Experience with Vue ecosystem: Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, Nuxt.js.
• Solid HTML5/CSS3 knowledge; familiarity with Sass or Less.
• Understanding of server-side rendering benefits and use cases.
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms.
• Ability to write efficient, secure, well-documented JavaScript code.
• Experience with automated JS testing (Jest or Mocha).
• Proficiency with development tools: Babel, Webpack, Git.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
