Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our drivers and a crucial part of our administrative and marketing engine. Your duties will include:
- Driver Management & Support: Manage all daily communications with our drivers via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Professionally and promptly address their queries and concerns.
- Toll & Fine Nominations: Accurately handle the process of nominating drivers for road tolls and traffic fines using relevant government portals.
- Booking & Payment Management: Efficiently manage driver registrations, rental bookings, and payment follow-ups using our car rental management software.
- Website & Digital Marketing: Manage updates on our car rental website. Execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and send clear, concise daily reports on rentals, payments, driver status, and marketing performance.
- Payment Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with drivers regarding pending payments and overdue invoices.

Job Specification
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or in a similar role. Experience in transport, logistics, or rental services is a major plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and digital marketing concepts.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software. Prior experience with any CRM or rental management system is advantageous.
